 | Here are a few of the most commonly asked questions about Sharebords™ and, of course, the answers. If we didn't answer your question here, please send it on our request form or call 800-386-3004. Who knows, if enough people ask, your question could be featured here someday. Q: What sizes of Shareboards™ are available? A: Almost any size you can imagine. Due to the heat/pressure bonding we use, we are currently unable to create a Shareboard™ larger than 40" x 60". Q: Can Shareboards™ be used outside? A: We wouldn't recommend it. Shareboards™ are built for indoor use. The fine furniture-finish frames are hearty, but won't stand up to exposure to extreme temperature and humidity fluctuations (just like most fine furniture). Q: Can I get a Shareboard™ with _________ (chalkboard, magnetic board, dry erase board, etc.)? A: No, we do not manufacture that product. Q: Can I get an enclosed Shareboard™ or one with doors? A: No, and we probably won't have those, either. Two of Shareboards'™ best features are the looks and the custom sizes. We hate to hide the look, plus custom doors would make them way too expensive! Q: Can I get a _________ (round, oval, cow shaped - yes, someone actually asked for this) Shareboard™? A: We're sorry. but making custom frames in any shape that doesn't have right angles (squares, rectangles) is far too complicated. Again, it's a cost issue. No one would be willing to pay what we would have to charge to make this type of Shareboard™. Q: Can I get samples of the frames and/or the Veltex® material? A: Of course you can. Just fill in the request form and tell us which samples you would like and we will ship them right out. Remember, all Shareboards™ come with a 30-day money back guarantee, so you have no risk of picking the wrong frame or color. Q: Can I get a Shareboard™ in a day or two? A: Since Shareboards™ are custom crafted to your exact specifications, they take a couple of weeks to build. The absolute soonest a custom Shareboard™ can arrive at you home or office is about a week to 10 days (if all goes perfectly and you request Next Day Air delivery). Q: Speaking of delivery why is there such a high shipping charge for Shareboards™ that are over 80" in combined width and height? A: It's because the cost of shipping the "oversize" pieces jumps so dramatically. We either have to pass this extra cost along to those who order larger Shareboards™ or raise the price for everyone (we didn't think that would be fair). Q: How do I get answers to questions that weren't asked here? A: It's easy! Just fill out our information request form and we will reply as quickly as we can (usually within one business day - sometimes much faster). |
